Our process ...

We are always aware of the latest developments in the field of new materials and products. This means we can always give you appropriate advice and inform you about surprising combinations. In this way, your (re)construction plans quickly take on concrete forms. We will also visit you to review your specific situation or together we will take a look at the site or object to be (re)constructed.

STEP 1. No-obligation appointment & advice

During a personal meeting you have the opportunity to tell us your wishes about your expansion, renovation or new construction. Ideas have to grow, so it is wise to do this at an early stage and to get advice.

STEP 2. Quotation & sketch work

A good design ensures faster and better results. Blokbouw BV can help you at an early stage with the design, design, use of color and choice of materials. This will give you a good impression of your future renovation or new home.

STEP 3. Clear agreements & budget

After considering the quote, you make a decision about awarding the contract. If approved, we further formalize the agreements and translate the design into a detailed budget.

STEP 4. Construction preparation & start construction

All advice obtained by us is processed, resulting in the final design drawings, after which we start with the (re)construction.
You will be involved in the (re)construction process from the moment the construction is switched off until delivery.
